Consultations & Appointments: Fees for consultations and therapy sessions are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Wellness Programs: Payments made for wellness programs, including workshops and classes, are non-refundable after the program start date. If you cancel at least 7 days before the start date, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the program's terms.

Products: Physical products purchased from MARS Wellspring Center can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.

Appointments: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of the session.
